Think before choosing greyhound

I bought a premium ticket from Pretoria to Durban overnight bus and instead of a greyhound bus we were shuffled in the most uncomfortable bus imaginable. No aircon , no charging ports, draft coming in through the windows and its acold night and above all no apology from greyhound (sic). I would have been better off in a cheaper bus I would get what i was paying for instead of paying more to get sick and pay even more. Absolute ****s and ******* 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
