There was NO ONE AT THE STOP

I booked a bus for Cape Town for the 28th of December 12:15. I received an sms from the company telling me that they are running late and we shouldn't move from our station. I get to the vereeniging station at 11:30. The bus does not show up, i keep on trying to call their offices to track the bus, but i cant get through. I eventually get through at around 13:30. I explain my situation, after at least 3 more phone calls and waiting, i am told that the bus was there and "there was NO one there" . I explain I have been there and that only 1 bus labeled East London came through. They tell me they don't have any busses that go to East London and they can't help me. Not the first time this has happened. Not the last, if it's not arrogant drivers it's mislabeled busses. Just another slow Tuesday for greyhound and no one will be held accountable for this encounter. To 5hink I was happy when you ce back to complete with those other *********** companies. Thank you very much for ruining my first holiday to Cape Town. My family and I greatly appreciate this.
