What a total shambles. Disgusting service. They should close their doors. Their trackers do not work on their busses and drivers do not answer phones. Control room poorly manned. Holding on for 30 minutes to be cut off. How do they trace their busses ? PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS RISKY PUBLIC TRANSPORT. YOUR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER.
