The worst experience ever

The worst travel experience ever, I bought a premium ticket from Capetown to Johannesburg for December 27, 2022, instead of a premium bus (dreamliner), they sent us a city liner bus without any explanation, Having no no choice we took the bus, not only was the bus dirty, a smell of pee, the bus was full of ****roaches, a nightmare for more than 20 hours on the road.... The worst experience of all my life, never again ....
