The Worst Bus Service and support

In my opinion the worst service ever, I recently booked a ticket to travel from Worcester to Bellville 22 December 2019 ticket reference GJBCMega1747 which was due to arrive at 1045am and stop in Bellville 1150am. I arrived 20min before bus was to arrive waited for 50min and contacted support. I was told bus was late by 2hours I can get on next bus which was due to arrive in less than 30min, I waited another 45min and no bus arrived. I tried calling again but kept being nou in que and I was die to board a plane in Cape Town which I was late for check in already. I sent customer care a request for refund as service I paid for was not delivered, to this day had no reply from anyone. Ticket cost me R440 from Worcester to Bellville a 1hour15min journey, besides the price being so expensive the service is no where close to what is expected.
