The worst bus journey!

I have never been this appalled by the service proved! Not only has our bus broken down 4 times in one trip, we have been waiting for a replacement bus for the past 6 hours. Like waiting for 6 hours isn’t enough now we have to fear for our safety. We are no where close to our destination, to make matter worse we have missed connecting trips and the best part is the sun even gone down, meanwhile the bus left the station at 11am we’ll ignore the fact that it was supposed to leave at 9:30am
