The worst bus experience

This was the worst bus experience of my life

On arrival at the bus depot I asked the guy in charge where the bus was as it was delayed by more then an hour he just rep**** with it is coming when we boarded the guy in charge was rude and when we wanted to get in he told us to wait so that the guys from the back can get in first on the bus the power to charger your phones did not work the air on did not work the seat was broken and did not recline at all as it was stuck the toilet was broken and the driver did not plan at all for the route as the people had to move up and down the whole time he forgot to switch off the lights when we were driving at night
