The only thing mega about the Megacoach are the coachroaches!!!

I went on a Greyhound bus from Cape Town to Johannesburg on the 3rd of Jan and had the worst experience ever!! The bus was filled with ****roaches! The USB ports which were advertised were non-existant! The toilet smell was horrible!! What is the purpose of creating an express service if it's going to be of that level? I regret wasting my money on Greyhound!! I want my money back. My ticket reference number is 4GQTU6B. This was passed on to your call centre manager who failed to respond.
