The NOT SO FAVOURITE LUXURY coaches!!!

Absolutely SHOCKED! Been traveling between cities for work and was ecstatic when Greyhound came back on the market HOWEVER the last couple of months have been **********, from delayed buses weekly to breaking down on the road to terrible customer service representatives at Park Station. As I type this I'm on what is supposed to be a 10pm bus from Joberg to Durban, it's now 11:17pm and we still at the station, no explanation, just angry passengers and don't give a damn staff! Greyhound, what have you become???
