The new Greyhound service is horrible

The service is BAD!!! the drivers are forever late and very noisey.

The Greyhound is sharing an office with Eldo Couches in DBN amd they have adopted their style of unprofessionalism, late and rudeness. They made us to wait for an hour to JHB so that they can put us on another bus.

Everything about my last trip with them SUCKED!!!. The Greyhound management need to pull up the socks.
