Thank you Greyhound

I recently travelled from Victoria West to Bellville and my experience with Greyhound was excellent. They were running an hour late, and I was notified of this via sms the night before. The lady next to me was blind and they even allowed her guide dog on the bus!

I would have rated them five stars but I'll have to give four because in spite of excellent service and a safe trip, the toilets were horrible. There was a godawful smell. The toilet paper didn't flush, hence there was a build-up of paper in the toilet. The toilet seat was filthy.

Greyhound, keep up the good work and PLEASE clean your toilets!
