Thank you for ruining my son's birthday

I would never recommend CITILINER, I'm shocked that they haven't even bothered to follow up on my review. The bus that was meant to arrive at 21:00 only arrived at 23:30 with no explanation and no order as people kept pushing to get in. What we had plan with my boy we could not do as we had arrived 2hrs late in Durban which caused us alot of loss. I Thank God that we survived the night and the pushing but highly disappointed because we lost alot for all that was booked the next day. To think I had paid so much for this bus, knowing that it comes highly recommended and wanted my son to experience that after we had flew to Johannesburg thought it would be a great experience to take a bus back and Citiliner would be worth it but it was as bad as the worse servicing bus. To think I was sad when buses were shut down during covid but your team really doesn't value its clients with the poor service you give.
