I had to quickly book a bus ticket from DBN to JHB as it was late and I quickly called the Greyhound customer care line. I was assist by a lovely lady Labionda and she managed to complete the booking in the most efficient and most professional matter. Less than 5 minutes. I remember the minutes because I only had 6 minutes of airtime to make the call. She deserves all the good karma in her life.
