Terrible Unreliable Service Greyhound

Terrible Service. Very Unreliable. Departure from CPT was delayed by 2h34min, supposed to depart at 1900, instead we only left at 2135. Arrival in JNB was over 5hrs late as opposed to the scheduled ETA of 1300. Bus arrived in JNB after 1830. It was the 13371 service which left on 11 April. I would not recommend this service to anyone who wants to be on time for important appointments at their destination. This has been a terrible experience for a first time traveling on Greyhound, coupled with no A/C on lower deck, many of the other passengers also complained about the sweltering heat and ****roaches visible everywhere
