Terrible trip from Kimberley to Midrand using Greyhound

Booked a ticket from Kimberley to Midrand, waited exactly 3 hours for the bus to arrive and tourism center Kimberley closes, it doesnt open 24hrs making it very unsafe for one to be standing there, the lighting around the area is also bad. The bus smells of urine! I have never had to endure nausea this long in my entire existence. Yes delays are inevitable but 3 whole hours?angeke!
