Terrible service /two hour delay/ rude personnel

I booked a 10pm premium bus from Parktown jhb to Pietermaritzburg 05/01/23. Its 11h47 the bus still hasn't left. Initially we didn't even have seats on the bus! The personnel is sooo rude. Never again will I waste my money on this
