Terrible service to customers

Greyhond is the worst bus service in South Africa at the moment. On Friday the 15th of July meant to be a 19:30 bus to jhb bus only left at close to 10. When we arrived in jhb the driver made us sit in the bus to wait for a bus to be washed to take us to midrand at 7 but we were meant to arrived at 4:25. The passengers had to fight and beg the driver to take them to their destination. I think the new owners are just runing the name down. I ended up booking a return bus before hand and today bus is meant to leave at 8PM currently at 21:13 the driver is sitting in KFC having supper. I think this is a utter nonsense as we book tickets to arrive in time for work and plans. I will never use grey hond again.
