Terrible Service: Payment reversal

Bought a ticket and was overcharged by R7000.00 And now its been a week, and they say they will only pay in two weeks. How do i survive for 3 weeks with not food, petrol and lights. How am i suppose to even work? I want my money now, i have had bank debit orders bounce costing me a further R450
