Terrible service from Greyhound. Inconvenience on another level!!!

Received the worst service from Greyhound. Booked a bus from Paarl, WC to Carletonville on the 1th of April 2024. On the 31st of March 2024 I receive a SMS stating that the services are cancelled, I called the call center and they stated they do not know why. We have requested for a refund as they are the ones who inconvenienced us, and they said it's 7-14 working days. However with them cancelling the bus service means I need to try and book another bus with another company, how will I pay for the booking if I do not have the money. On the 08th of April 2024 they saying we will only get the refund in 21 working days???

Their service/processes are Ridiculous!!!
