Terrible service at Greyhound

Worst experience ever I am waiting for my refund from November 2023 and to this date have not received any payment. I was told twice that it's sent for processing and that was 3 months ago. All supervisors and management keep ignoring me and always don't reply my emails

I need sumone to intervene. Who can help me
