Terrible Service

It is with GREAT disappointment that I'm sending you this email. I booked my parents on the greyhound bus from Cape town to Kimberley. I told the call centre that my dad has a knee problem and although they sitting upstairs if they can please just make a note of it on the system. From Cape Town-Kimberley they had great service from the hostess. Coming back was a different story all together. The hostess was rude and had such an attitude - she upset my mom so much that she got extremely sick on the bus!!! She asked my parents to move from one seat to the other and this was while my mom was in a deep sleep after taking her medication. My parents are NOT young at all, they didn't even get to sit next to each other through the whole trip. I'm actually quite disgusted - and WILL NEVER let my parents use the BUS again. It only takes one person to give a bad name to your bus service. An hostess is there to help and assist with a smile on her face, not be rude and not even greet my parents when they left the bus. <br> <br> Yours in total disappointment <br> <br> Sam
