Terrible service

What’s disappointing about my experience with Greyhound is how they continue to ignore my emails. And when they do reply, they ask me for things that I have provided them weeks ago.

I submitted two refund requests on 20 January and only one was credited but the second one, no one seems to care to actually process. I keep sending follow up emails that no one responds to and when they do, it’s literally days or a week later.
