Terrible service

I booked a return trip but had to cancel a week before the initial traveling date. I went to their offices to cancel, I was told to send an email.

I sent an email to ***. Kuveshni rep**** to my email after two days, sending a form to complete & also with a list of documents needed.

Completed the form and sent back same day with the documents requested. I followed up after a week no reply on emails. And when you call they put the call. Last time I called I spoke with Lerato who said she was transferring me but cut the call. I am still waiting on my refund 😒.
