Terrible service

Your service is horrible, even worse for the high prices one has to pay . I still want my R100 refund from a ticket I had rebooked . Your buses are always late, no one cares to even apologise , unfriendly staff and your email that you dont attend to . Oh ! And not to mention the farm of ****roaches you have . Poor poor customer service you have .
