Terrible service

<p>biiked a citiliner ticket for 2015hrs on the 8 th of April to Harare from Johannesburg ,we were told at 2030 that the bus will only come after 30 minutes (it wasn't an apology )it was more FYI .the bus only comes at 2200 hrs, no further explanation or apologies given ,in fact drivers and staff are as rude as hell . Never catch me on this bus service ever again. Pathetic how big companies take advantage of passengers like this . At least have the decency to explain what's going on and be nice </p>
