Terrible service

Very bad customer service and bus maintenance. My wife and I were on a trip from Cape Town to Durban. First of all the bus was 30 min late. If you look on their website they show stops along the route. Some stops are supposed to be 5 min. Most likely to just drop off and pick up. Then other stops are longer, up to 30min. Along the way the drivers did not adhere to the schedule on the website. We had planned on getting meals along the way but the bus stopped longer at the places we didn't think they would stop. And the places they did stop were awful, toilets did not flush and the food options were only one thing. One place they stopped at was over an hour, the drivers even left all the passengers to go get fuel, but why for so long??? They would often stop for longer than on the schedule. Then they still arrived 1 hour early, what does this indicate? Did the drivers keep to the speed limit and safety of the passengers? To add to this, it is advertised on the website that each person has their own air vents, but these were not working. You can imagine the heat. The emergency hatch on the roof of the bus near the back was also leaking when we went through rain and I had to try and dodge being wet. I would rather pay extra and take a different bus, I do not recommend them. I tried reaching them on Facebook and received a very generic response with an email should I wish to send a complaint. I have sent a complaint and have still not had a reply. Even trying to get a response from Facebook gets ignored.
