Terrible Greyhound citiliner coach lines experience

I booked and paid for premium (sleepliner) for a trip from Bloemfontein to Pretoria, instead I got a small and cramped bus that was not fit for a 7 hour trip and definitely not what I had paid for. I don't reccomend this bus, I'll never use their services again. It was appalling.
