Terrible Experience with Greyhound/Citiliner Bus Services

I have washed my hands of Greyhound/Citiliner bus services and will never use them again.

I booked a bus that was scheduled to depart from Durban on July 7th, 2024 at 22:00, and arrive in Pretoria on July 8th, 2024 at 07:00. However, the experience was far from what was promised.

First, they provided a bus that was completely different from what I booked. It was extremely uncomfortable, lacked curtains, and we were exposed to the sun throughout the journey. To make matters worse, as the sun rose, I discovered ****roaches traveling with us, which was utterly disgusting.

Additionally, the bus started the trip with a low tank of diesel, forcing us to stop and refuel along the way. The squeaky noises the bus made throughout the journey were extremely distressing and traumatic.

This experience was unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with Greyhound/Citiliner. They have lost me as a customer for good.
