Terrible experience

<p>Tonight we got onto one of the greyhound busses in bloemfontein on route to durban. </p> <p> </p> <p>1. We took our seats @ 19:45 and it must have been 10 minutes later and a staff member informed us that the aircon is not in working order and a mechanic is trying to fix it. ( Now leaving late = arriving late and that is a problem because i need to climb onto the next bus at 7:15 tomorrow). Aircon was eventually fixed</p> <p> </p> <p>2. I went to the restroom which isn't very clean</p> <p> </p> <p>3. The restroom had no toilet paper. </p> <p> </p> <p>NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW :</p> <p>How is it possible to be so unprepared? </p>
