Terrible Coach / Product on Route or **************?

I am appalled that after complaining about the state of their Fleet No. 2802 that seems to be the only bus doing the Johannesburg/Bulawayo/Johannesburg Dreamliner service despite the interior far below the typical Dreamliner standard with fittings filthy dirty and untouchable and inoperable a week later I have to endure a trip on this shabby coach. Why does Greyhound do this? We pay Dreamliner fare and get the s**** of the fleet which can never do a Johannesburg/ Cape Town service as the complaints would be heard. Is this route **************?
