Technical brake down

<p>We were on our way from durban to vereeniging, our pit stop took place at Montrose shell garage.</p> <p>The bus unfortunately had a technical problem that it couldn't be drivable at all. </p> <p>They have called a mechanic who was based in harismith which took him almost an hour and a half to arrive to Montro,only to find out that the bus requires a spare part which can only be brought from Johannesburg.</p> <p>I don't understand why couldn't have brought another bus for us.</p> <p>Seems like the buses don't get regular services at all.</p> <p>Now we have to wait for another bus which can take more than 2hrs to arrive, </p> <p>I would like to receive a full refund for my bus tickets that I have bought for 4 people.</p> <p>This is totally unacceptable and it would be the last time I uses greyhound services, it's expensive for nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sincerely </p> <p>Unpleasant customer </p>
