Take Greyhound buses off our roads

Worst bus service ever!! I booked greyhound premier from Pta to Cpt for my mom yet a citiliner shows up. The bus was late to pick up the passengers in midrand and then delayed again to fetch them at Park station for change over. 4hrs into the trip the bus breaks down. 3hrs later a dreamliner shows up to take passengers going to Bloem while the cpt passengers wait for the mechanic to fix the bus. I am disgusted in the service greyhound claims to uphold for many years. There isn't even proper equipment on the bus, no emergency triangle for breakdown. DO NOT BOOK ANY TRIPS WITH THEM
