surely after delaying me for 4 hours to my arrival time there should be compensation

<p>I was in a bus from Durban today boarded it at 11am okay fine we had a problem with the bus then had to wait for a replacement one which came an hour later....but the arrival time was 630pm now my issue is where some of us go probably we use taxis and they end at 9pm how else can i survive the night at parkstation. with just an apology then that's it</p>
