Super-useless website

Your website is extremely bad to book on. Consider getting serious web developers to do this for you.<br> -Booking process cannot be properly interrupted (only the trip is saved - not any of the personal details are)<br> -You cannot go back a page if you've made a mistake<br> -At the end of the booking process, if the payment does not go through, you can't change payment methods: you have to start all over again<br> -Discovery vitality numbers don't work if two members are born on the same day - returns an error (and you can't go back and change the discount type)<br> -After a failed booking (see above), a working Discovery vitality card isn't accepted - an error says you can't book more than once in a day: I booked more than once because the site didn't work.<br> <br> This isn't a total failure, the site is relatively functional, but the inexperienced nature of its creators is apparent.<br> Please, try again.<br> It's not going to go well in future if people can't use your site to make bookings properly.
