Horrible service. *********** staff. Bus arrived HOURS LATE. We were supposed to arrive in CPT at 08:40 but ended up arriving at 14:00. Charging ports do not work. Gum stuck to seats. Booked a single decker bus, given no choice but to take the double decker. Aircons were not switched on, we were suffocating in a full bus with no ventilation.
