I asked to put my 3 bags in luggage trailer. But they refused and said must take 1 inside the with me. Johannesburg to Mossel bay 19/08/19. The AC was not working we had most uncomfortable trip for 19hours.

I put my bag on top of my seat and sure enough someone stole my bag which had my work lap top and personal belongings. When reported to the driver all he could say is I’m sorry and drive off .
