Good afternoon. I bought a bus ticket and climbed on the Greyhound bus 17:00pm yesterday in JHB I arrived today at 7:00am in Port Elizabeth, when I got to the car I realized that my backpack was missing aswell as the big bag full of stock I went to go buy was opened.when I got home and check the stock I realized so many stuff was ****** close to R5000. The reason for using the bus being with the price of fuel it is much cheaper to travel with the bus and not your own transportation. Unfortunately I paid more now with what I lost than what I would have paid going with the car. We have 2 small children we are trying to make a living for trying to make a life for them then people come and ***** what we are working so hard for..My Question to the Greyhound staff/ Management is where is the people that is supposed to check that what the people take when they reached their destination is indeed their belongings and property?is there no security what so ever? Can anyone take what ever bags they want and claim it is theirs without it being theirs really? Please correct me or inform me of how your bags is save?
