Still waiting for a refund from GREYHOUND. Bad customer service.

On 1 June 2023, I booked a return ticket PE-JHB for my husband for 15 June to return on 18 June. His daughter's plans changed and I cancelled the booking on 5 June. I completed the refund form, attached all the required documents and emailed it to ***. After 3 emails requesting when my refund would be paid, I am still waiting for a reply.
