Stay away, don’t book this service! 0 stars!

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional service. Waited over 5 hours for a bus and customer care as well as ticketing office is complete unaccountable and don’t care about their customers. I suggest they discontinue their services because there is no use for this bus service under the new management.
