Standards Deteriorating

I booked a greyhound bus from JHB to Pietermaritzburg on 7/8/2015 (23:00) back 9/8/2015 (14:40)<br> Previously we would be offered tea/coffee and biscuits but we weren't offered on both trips.<br> On the trip back to Johannesburg we didn't have a hostess in the bus, we stopped at Montrose, were went told when the bus was gonna leave. The drivers changes as usual, my kids were not back yet so I asked if I could go and fetch them. His response was, I will leave all of you behind. I found that very unfair considering nobody told us when the bus was going to leave. Luckily we came back on time. <br> Then the bus left but a lady was left behind, even though we told him there was a lady missing. One passenger tried to get hold of the lady and told the driver that she got a lift from another guy and were chasing the bus. He drove so fast that they never caught up with us.<br> We asked for air conditioner to be opened, he ignored us but when we went downstairs it was cool. I just found this experience to be unfair.<br> Yesterday 30/8/ 2015 my mom took a bus from JHB to PMB (luxury couch) - 8:30, the bus broke down in Howick? <br> I just wanna say the service is slowly deteriorating. Please do something.<br>
