South African Busses and Their ****roaches

Less than one star should be available. We booked our tickets a week in advance for Monday the 30th of January 2023 @ 20:30, on the day we arrive at designated area in Worcester, only to receive an sms @ 21:00 stating that passangers should be half an hour early, (half an hour late already) my family and i and a fellow passanger sat waiting for our greyhound bus until passed 23:00, finally we leave much delayed only to arrive at park station Johammesburg the next day 16:00, told to exit the bus even though we are supposed to be dropped off in Midrand, we exit and have to wait for another bus, at 17:00 we board the Eldo coaches bus which is filled to the brim with ****raoches, crawling all over the passangers, here we are still waiting in park station and havent left yet, we were supposed to arrive in Midrand at 14:00 hrs. I have had to remove ****roaches from my childs face, hair etc. What utter horrible services, and yet the station is filled with other greyhound busses (the services we Paid for)
