SO DISAPPOINTING!!

<p>I booked for my two daughters to travel from PE to Cape Town on the evening of 2 January 2017, thinking that Greyhound is the superior citiliner company. Well what a shock when the bus arrived! It was not a Greyhound but a Mega Coach bus. It was filthy and old inside. It was raining and the bus leaked so much that my daughters were sopping wet as were their food, bags and blankets. The bus also made such a loud noice (due to a broken window), that it was impossible to sleep. I will never book with Greyhound again!</p>
