Smoking engine/false advertising on charger in bus/etc

Got a return ticket for Friday at 22h00 to return today at 14h00. Friday evening seats were in a strange order had to sit uncomfortably.... Today the bus is literally an oven.... we been burning and there's a smoking smell. Only to find something is burning. We have come to a complete stop now .... false advertising on having chargers as well.... Dear greyhound. You are supposed to be the best in this industry. How do you explain this inconvenience? How can you guarantee our safety when your busses are basically burning... its disappointing actually.
