Simple matter handled poorly

<p>I Bought a ticket today at checkers mall of africa for four people going to durban, i was given just random seat allocation and i called greyhound i first spoke to mpho then afterwards was sibusiso who was not helpful because i kept on asking for senior details and he kept stalling, all i was asking was to switch my seat allocation to top front seats as i was the first person to book because i can see that i am given seat 1a,b,c and d of which all of them are at the bottom i dont want you guys to move mountains for me but simply switch my seats to all front top deck thats all</p>
