Woow what a poor service. On the 24th August 2022 I booked a greyhound premium from Johannesburg to Durban for 22h00 departure. 1st the was bus was 30 min late with no explanation or whatsoever 2nd it was not a Greyhound premium but it was citiliner. No one says anything or apologies. Can someone from Greyhound respond to this
