On Sunday the 07.02.2016 I travelled from Kimberly to Pretoria using a 14:15 bus. When the journey start the bus hostess welcomed us and we were made to feel at home and told us that they offer Coffee during the journey and DVD's will be played for entertainment.<br> <br> When offering something please make sure that is at high quality: the DVD had scratches through out the movie. The bus didn't have air-con from Kimberly to Pretoria and remember that the bus have two small windows. In one of our stops/bus station the bus door broke, we had to wait for the driver to fix the door before we continue with our journey. When it gets dark in the bus, then comes the ****roaches.<br> <br> That was my first time on the long distance trip. <br> <br> End of March I have to be in Kimberly again and I can only use Greyhound as it is convenient for me. Please do something about this.
