Service up to s@%t

This is really the worst bus i have ever driven on the seats are so small. I am currently sitting on a cityliner bus where I am in the middle with people next to me the indoor temprature in the bus is 34 degrees and they still refuse to put the aircon on to cool the couch inside down. I literally baught me a bag of ice to try and keep myself cold. These drivers have a **** attitude when u ask them something allways have an excuse. Stay away from this bus service as this is my last trip with this company cant believe they treat their customers like ****.
