Service number GJKC1300, GCKJ1301

I just got on the dreamliner, being welcomed by an arrogant stuff member. I booked a return ticket from Klerksdorp to Paarl. My return seat was A:1, but the staff member told me the seat was not available, after enquiring he said he got the printout like that, and if I want to query it I should contact greyhound, so myself, along as 2 of my colleagues and other comuters was moved to a different seats. I paid for this ticket and during the payment I was shown what seats are avaitble now I'm sitting in a seat that I didn't choose and the seats prices differed...
