Service not good

On the 7th at 8:30 from Bosman to Durban traveling with Greyhound.I was not happy when we asked for the aircon and is when the driver came and announced that the aircon is not working they open the roof for air as we were burning.Again the bus seat were so dirty and the front seat where I was sitting was leaning onn my feet.So now I'm worried be ause I made a return ticket back home . Not forgetting the toilet it was smelling like **** that's the story of my life. The bus was not road worthy Greyhound must do better as we say customer oriented thank u
