Service is disgusting

Your service is very disappointing your busses are always 4 hours late that's the first one. I booked the ticket online and did not get the notification I had to stay on the line for hours before they could attend me and when they did I sent proof of payment and the bank statement but they refused to issue the ticket because they said the don't see my payment on their account and now they are quite as I have requested a refund.
